Because our courses and educational materials are delivered digitally and access may be granted immediately upon purchase, refunds are subject to the terms set forth in this Refund Policy.

By purchasing a course, product, or service from Preemptive Tactical LLC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Refund Policy.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and, when approved, will be issued in accordance with this Refund Policy and applicable law.

A refund may be considered under circumstances including, but not limited to:

• Duplicate purchases of the same course.

• Billing errors resulting in an incorrect charge.

• Technical issues that prevent reasonable access to the purchased course, provided Preemptive Tactical LLC is unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable period of time.

• Other circumstances where Preemptive Tactical LLC determines that a refund is appropriate.

To be considered for a refund, customers must submit their request within 14 calendar days of the original purchase date unless a longer period is required by applicable law.

Refund requests should include sufficient information to allow Preemptive Tactical LLC to identify the purchase and evaluate the request.

Approval of a refund is at the sole discretion of Preemptive Tactical LLC, subject to applicable law.

3. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly approved by Preemptive Tactical LLC, refunds will generally not be provided under the following circumstances:

• The customer has completed the course or substantially completed the course.

• A Certificate of Completion has been issued.

• The refund request is submitted after the applicable refund request period has expired.

• The customer no longer wishes to complete the course or has changed their mind after receiving access to the course.

• The customer purchased the incorrect course but has already accessed or substantially used the course materials.

• The customer's device, internet connection, software, or browser does not meet the minimum technical requirements after those requirements were made available.

• The customer violated the Terms and Conditions or engaged in fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, or unauthorized activity.

• Access to the course or services was suspended or terminated due to a violation of applicable policies or Terms and Conditions.

Nothing in this section limits any refund rights that cannot be waived under applicable law. Preemptive Tactical LLC reserves the right to evaluate all refund requests based on the specific facts and circumstances of each request.

4. Technical Issues

If you experience technical difficulties accessing or using a course or service purchased from Preemptive Tactical LLC, you should contact us as soon as reasonably possible so that we may investigate and attempt to resolve the issue.

Preemptive Tactical LLC will make reasonable efforts to diagnose and correct technical issues that are within our control. Depending on the circumstances, we may provide troubleshooting assistance, restore course access, extend access time, or offer another reasonable solution.

Technical issues caused by third-party internet service providers, customer-owned devices, unsupported software, user error, or other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Preemptive Tactical LLC may not qualify for a refund.

If Preemptive Tactical LLC determines that a technical issue within our reasonable control cannot be resolved within a reasonable period of time, a refund or other appropriate remedy may be provided in accordance with this Refund Policy and applicable law.

5. Chargebacks

Customers are encouraged to contact Preemptive Tactical LLC before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute so that we may have an opportunity to review and resolve the matter.

If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated, Preemptive Tactical LLC reserves the right to provide relevant transaction records, course access records, communications, and other information reasonably necessary to respond to the dispute with the applicable payment processor or financial institution.

Pending resolution of a chargeback or payment dispute, Preemptive Tactical LLC may suspend or restrict access to the applicable course, account, product, or service.

If a chargeback is resolved in favor of Preemptive Tactical LLC, access to the applicable course or service may be restored after any outstanding payment obligations have been satisfied.

Nothing in this section limits any rights available to either party under applicable law or the rules of the applicable payment processor.

6. Processing of Approved Refunds

If a refund is approved, Preemptive Tactical LLC will issue the refund to the original payment method used for the purchase whenever reasonably possible.

Refunds will generally be processed within 10 business days after approval. However, the time required for refunded funds to appear in the customer's account may vary depending on the policies and processing times of the applicable payment processor or financial institution.

If access to a course or service is refunded, Preemptive Tactical LLC may revoke or terminate access to the applicable course, educational materials, certificates of completion, downloadable content, or related services associated with the refunded purchase.

Partial refunds, credits, exchanges, or other alternative resolutions may be offered at the sole discretion of Preemptive Tactical LLC when appropriate and consistent with applicable law.
